Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a private, supportive space to better understand yourself, work through difficult emotions, and move toward meaningful change. I support clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, burnout, chronic pain, relationship concerns, and life transitions.

Adolescent Therapy

I work with adolescents experiencing anxiety, school stress, emotional regulation difficulties, and transitional life periods. Therapy can help teens build insight, coping skills, and a stronger sense of self.

Chronic Pain & Health-Related Concerns

With a background in medicine and psychotherapy, I bring a particular understanding of the connection between physical symptoms and emotional well-being. I support clients navigating chronic pain, post-concussion symptoms, and the psychological effects of ongoing health challenges.

Family / Couple’s Sessions

In some cases, a limited number of structured joint sessions may be incorporated as part of an individual client’s treatment plan. Ongoing family therapy may be better suited to a separate clinician depending on the goals involved.

“The body keeps the score: If the memory of trauma is encoded in our senses, in muscle tension, and in anxiety, then the body must also be involved in the healing process.”
